Triocover copy

I play clarinet and sax in a trio, with Terence Collie and Nick Lenner-Webster and we have recently released our debut album TrioThe album features standards, originals and some free improvisations (see below for track details). We played together for a number of years at various events – including Cafe Posk in Hammersmith and Blenheim Palace –  in London and the UK, and enjoyed our sound, so decided to record some of our favourite music. It was recorded in a day at Riverside Arts Centre in Sunbury-on-Thames in August 2017, and released in October 2017.

Track details:

1. Tenderly – by Walter Gross and Jack Lawrence

Special thanks to Janet McCunn for her uber-generous support in 1) hosting all rehearsals for this recording 🙂 2) taking photos of the recording (see photos page) 3) providing cookies and sandwiches, and making tea during our breaks!

ps See for all the great work Terence and Janet do in supporting and promoting live jazz in London and around the UK.
